The idea for Cherish came from caring for my beloved Mémé, Philomene, after seeing family struggle due to the unique challenges dementia brings.

Our activities were designed in collaboration with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Caregivers, and design experts.

We incubated Cherish at the Harvard Innovation Lab and feel fortunate to have collaborated with a Harvard-affiliated hospital on clinical research about caregivers and their loved ones. This research was supported by a federal grant, by the state of Massachusetts, and by the Harvard Mind Brain Behavior Interfaculty Initiative.
